Port Elizabeth - The French wife of Mandla Mandela has been sent home after it was found that she had been having an affair with one of Mandla’s brothers.
The Star reported that Mandla, one of Nelson Mandela grandsons, said in a statement that the family had sent Nkosikazi Nobubele Mandela (née Anais Grimaud) home after the affair which resulted in a child born in 2011.
Nkosikazi Mandela is from Reunion.
A DNA test apparently confirmed that the child was not fathered by Mandla Mandela who said he was shocked to find out the truth about his wife’s son.
The couple got married in 2010 and the baby was born in 2011.
The child had apparently been named by Nelson Mandela.
